Income replacement
As we have already stated the protection of your lifestyle is important and the loss of your income for whatever reason will obviously have severe repercussions.
The aim of this contract is to provide you with a regular income if you suffer illness or accidental injury and are unable to work leading to a loss of earnings. You can choose the level of income you require within limits up to a maximum of £3,000 per week. You also choose how long you need the plan to continue for. Payment can be made annually or monthly.
Other options include the ability to increase your cover automatically each year to account for inflation. The benefit will be paid into your account after a period of time following your injury or illness. This deferred period can be 4, 13, 26 or 52 weeks and again you choose that period. Costs vary according to your personal requirements and payments will commence one month after the deferred period.
